About A Pit Bull Friend

My Pit Bull Friend

When you hear “Pit bulls” what comes to mind? Do you think “cute, cuddly, and friendly”? I’m guessing not. Up until a few months ago I was terrified of big, mean dogs. When my partner told me that he wanted to adopt a Pit bull, my first response was “Absolutely Not”. However, he continued to bring it up daily for the next few months, and I finally caved in. I now have a pit bull friend, who is my best friend.

We adoptepit bull friendd our dog, named Bones, on New Year’s Eve. When I first met him, I was a little skeptical and scared. My attitude quickly changed when I got to know him. Bones is the friendliest, sweetest, most loving, and cuddly dog I have ever met. He sleeps and eats all the time. He loves going to the Dog Park, and meeting other dogs. He is wonderful around other dogs, and around all people. The other day he was around a 2 year old boy, and the boy went right up to Bones and petted him. Bones and the boy got along really well. Some people I know are nervous about having their children around Pit bulls. I have not met all Pit bulls, but my Pit bull is very good around children, and people of all ages. He gets along really well with everyone he meets, including people, dogs, and other animals. He even gets along with the neighborhood cats.

Overall, Bones has been an amazing addition to our family. He is such a nice dog, and gets along so well with everyone. Everyone that he has met just love him. Bones is the complete opposite of a mean dog. He is a pretty large dog, but he definitely is not mean. He is really the best dog ever.
